Additional Costs	Internet connection fees and data charges are borne by the customer.
Payment Method	In-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (credit card, carrier billing, and other methods supported by each store), and web payments via Stripe (credit card).
Payment Timing	At the time the Point purchase transaction is completed.
Delivery Timing	Points are credited to the user's account immediately upon completion of payment.
Returns / Cancellations	Due to the nature of digital content, Points cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled after purchase. Exceptions apply where required by applicable law.
Point Expiration	180 days from the date of purchase. Expired Points are automatically voided and are not eligible for refund or compensation.
System Requirements	iOS 15.0 or later / Android 8.0 or later Operation on all devices is not guaranteed.
Additional Notes	A 10% platform fee is deducted upon completion of a Help Session. Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian (parent, etc.) before purchasing Points.
